Job Title: Experienced WordPress Web Designer/Developer

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced WordPress Web Developer to support our team with site setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong hosting knowledge, clear communication, and reliable availability.

Responsibilities:

Manage hosting environments (cPanel, databases, backups, email configuration).

Set up development/staging environments.

Migrate WordPress sites between hosts.

Customize themes using CSS (and basic PHP if needed).

Troubleshoot site errors, plugin conflicts, and performance issues.

Perform regular WordPress updates and maintenance.

Site speed optimization experience is a plus (portfolio examples welcome).

Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills.

Available 3-5 hours/day between 10 AM – 5 PM EST.

Reliable and timely with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable with video calls and team communication tools (Slack, Google Meet, Trello, Google Drive, Gmail).

Takes initiative, asks clarifying questions, and delivers high-quality work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
