Job Summary:
The WordPress Programmer/Designer Team Member is responsible for developing back-end and front-end design. This includes WordPress themes and WordPress plugins. At Balance Now, the Ideal candidate will also be proficient at programming skills used in WordPress like CSS, and aesthetics (understanding website element arrangements on a screen, the color and font choices, and more).

Required Skills/Abilities:Programming skills in:CSS3Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education and Experience:Seeking those who are pursuing higher education (undergraduates or graduates).Those who have graduated are looking for more experience in the industry.
Meetings: Thursday 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. PST
Details: This is an unpaid internship. You will work remotely for 15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. The duration of the internship is a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months. Team Members can earn school credit, work experience in a start-up, and letters of recommendation upon completion.
