We are JSK Advisory an up-and-coming digital marketing agency/ consultancy that works with clients in professional services, ecommerce and accounting. We are growing quickly, and are looking for an entrepreneurial, talented and detail-oriented Website Designer with experience in both Go High Level (GHL) and WordPress (Elementor preferred).
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for clean, conversion-focused design, can build fast-loading, responsive pages, and understands basic on-page SEO best practices. While not required, the ability to write SEO-friendly articles and service pages will be considered a strong plus. We are looking for someone who is proactive and can grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build modern, responsive websites using WordPress (Elementor) and Go High Level.
Customise templates or design from scratch following brand guidelines.
Implement basic on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, keyword placement, internal linking).
Ensure websites are mobile-optimised and load quickly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align design with lead generation goals.
Set up and integrate forms, calendars, and automations inside GHL.
Conduct quality checks to ensure usability, speed, and SEO readiness.
Write SEO-optimised articles and service pages to support content marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience designing websites in WordPress and Go High Level at another agency (at least 2+ years).
Strong sense of design and understanding of UI/UX for conversions.
Proficiency with Elementor (or similar page builders).
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (title tags, alt tags, schema basics).
Experience with mobile optimisation, speed performance, and user-friendly layouts.
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and user journeys.
Strong communication and ability to work to deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) best practices.
Experience with schema markup, page speed tools, and analytics.
Basic knowledge of branding and design systems.
Ability to write clear, engaging SEO articles (preferred but not required).
Comfort managing multiple web and content projects at once.
Ability to use a Miro board to reverse engineer funnels (optional)
Compensation
Hourly rate: USD $6–10/hr depending on experience.
