Job Overview:

We’re looking for a talented WordPress Elementor Designer & Developer to join our team full-time. You will be responsible for designing and building WordPress websites that align with our clients’ brand and business goals. This is a fully remote position that requires a keen eye for design, creativity, and exceptional development skills using Elementor Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build responsive websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro.

• Customize pre-built templates or build from scratch based on wireframes and client feedback.

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and conversion rates.

• Implement third-party plugins and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, Cloudflare).

• Collaborate with our designers, project managers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring they remain secure and functional.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs or issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience designing and developing websites using WordPress + Elementor Pro.

• Experience with responsive design and creating websites that look great across all devices.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.

• Knowledge of key tools: Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Cloudflare, WP Rocket.

• Experience with website migrations, backups, and security practices.

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

• Ability to meet deadlines, take feedback positively, and be proactive.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Figma).

• Familiarity with Elementor custom widgets, animations, or other advanced features.

• Experience working with client portals or custom forms (Gravity Forms, WP Forms).

• Understanding of website accessibility (WCAG).
