🎨 We’re Hiring: Home-Based Marketing Designer (Full-Time, Remote)

is seeking a
tech-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing Designer
to join our fast-growing U.S.-based client’s creative team.

This role is ideal for a
versatile designer
who combines creativity with technical expertise—someone who can bring marketing concepts to life through well-structured, conversion-driven web designs and visuals across multiple digital platforms.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and web development teams to create compelling, high-performing designs that strengthen the client’s brand presence online and offline.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Web Design & Development:
• Build and enhance responsive website layouts across multiple platforms ( WordPress, Framer, or similar CMS tools ) with strong understanding of HTML and CMS collections .
• Experience with Elementor (1–2 years) is a plus but not required.
• Figma Mockups & Prototypes:
• Design user-friendly web and landing page mockups in Figma that reflect strong UX/UI sensibility and visual hierarchy.
• Marketing Collateral:
• Create infographics, one-pagers, case studies, flyers, and digital ads that align with campaign objectives.
• Social Media & Content Design:
• Produce scroll-stopping graphics, motion visuals, and video snippets for marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Print & Tradeshow Materials:
• Develop layouts for signage, banners, and other event display materials.
• Photo & Video Editing:
• Enhance photos and videos, add captions, and perform light motion graphics or animation edits.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing and tech teams to ensure consistent visual branding, timely project delivery, and high-quality creative output.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web design or web-building
• Strong portfolio showcasing tech/software-related projects , including Figma mockups, website samples, and CMS-based work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva
• Familiarity with WordPress , Framer , or other web-building platforms
• Understanding of HTML , UX/UI fundamentals , and CMS structures
• Experience in photo and video editing ; motion graphics or light animation a plus
• Comfortable working with Figma, HubSpot, Notion, and Riverside
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to clearly present design concepts
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work independently

Salary Range: PHP 65,000 – 70,000/month
