About the Role
Upbott is looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Website UI/UX & Graphic Designer
who can design intuitive, high-converting website experiences along with impactful visual creatives.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in
Figma
, with a focus on website UI/UX design, landing pages, and ecommerce experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to blend
user experience thinking with strong visual design skills
, while leveraging AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design website UI/UX , landing pages, and ecommerce interfaces using Figma
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems
- Design marketing creatives , banners, and social media assets
- Develop emailers (newsletters & campaigns) aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize website layouts for conversion (CRO-focused design)
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and development teams for execution
- Maintain consistency in UI components, branding, and visual identity
- Create multiple design variations for A/B testing and performance marketing
- Use AI tools to generate design concepts, automate workflows, and enhance output
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design best practices, and AI tools
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design
- Strong expertise in Figma (UI design, prototyping, design systems)
- Experience in website design, landing pages, and ecommerce platforms
- Understanding of UX principles, user flows, wireframing, and usability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Canva (preferred)
- Experience in designing emailers (email campaigns/newsletters)
- Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience working with international clients is preferred
