We do not hire order-takers or pixel-pushers. We need a strategic partner who understands that a website is the sharpest, most visible edge of a brand's strategy. You will be tasked with translating deep consumer insights, strategic truths, and the psychology of human behaviour into powerful digital experiences that aggressively pull customers in.

What You Will Deliver

• Architect for Strategic Clarity: Design and build bold, high-converting Wix Studio sites that reflect a premium, clean visual identity. Translate Psychology to UI/UX: Take our established consumer insights and turn them into intuitive, frictionless user journeys that dictate behaviour and drive action.
• Maintain the Single Thread: Ensure every detail supports the core strategy. Deliver Scalable Hand-Offs: Build technically flawless, easy-to-manage CMS architectures that our clients can use to support durable business growth long after your sprint is complete.
• Optimise for Unapologetic Impact: Push the absolute limits of the Wix platform, ensuring lightning-fast load times, seamless mobile responsiveness, and foundational SEO excellence prior to launch.

Who You Are

• Master of the Platform: You are required to possess elite-level expertise in Wix Studio, Editor X, and standard Wix Editor. Your role also includes advanced animations and database management.
• A Psychological Designer: You do not just ask, "How should this look?" You ask, "What underlying human truth are we tapping into?"
• Proven Executor (The 3-to-6 Rule): Only send us your 3 to 6 best live Wix websites. A scattered gallery of mediocre templates won't be considered. We seek bold, impactful work from ruthless editors of clutter.
