Website Designer & Developer

Thrive USA Home Care is a growing, veteran-focused home care company serving multiple states. Our mission is rooted in educating, engaging, and empowering the communities we serve—particularly veterans and their families—by helping them access quality in-home care and navigate VA benefits with confidence.

We are seeking an experienced Website Designer & Developer to redesign and rebuild our existing website to reflect our national presence, strengthen our brand authority, and improve user experience.

This is a strategic project. We are looking for someone who can think beyond aesthetics and help structure a website that positions Thrive as a trusted resource in veteran home care while driving caregiver recruitment and client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and rebuild our current website with a modern, professional, and scalable structure

• Improve UX/UI, site navigation, and mobile responsiveness

• Develop a multi-location framework to support regional visibility

• Integrate scheduling tools, lead capture forms, and interactive features

• Build a resource-focused section for educational content

• Ensure ADA compliance and SEO best practices

• Optimize site speed and performance

• Conduct testing and support launch

Qualifications:

• Proven experience designing and developing professional websites (portfolio required)

• Strong understanding of UX strategy and conversion-focused design

• Experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms

• Knowledge of SEO, compliance standards, and performance optimization

• Ability to translate brand vision into functional web architecture

• Strong communication and project management skills
