Job Description

As a Website Designer/Developer at our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing websites from scratch, ensuring they meet high standards and reflect the latest industry trends. You will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their requirements and translate them into captivating web experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive websites from scratch using HTML, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress, and Bootstrap.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Optimise websites for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Test websites across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing websites as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Website Designer or Front-end Developer.
• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress, and Bootstrap.
• Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch is a plus.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and other front-end frameworks is desirable.
• Portfolio Showcasing Previous Website Design Projects Is Required
