We’re looking for a talented
Web Designer
with strong experience in Webflow and Figma to create high-performing, visually compelling websites and digital assets. This role combines design, user experience, and marketing awareness to deliver work that not only looks great but also drives results.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build responsive websites from scratch using Webflow
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Design digital marketing assets, including ads, email newsletters, social media graphics, and landing pages
• Develop and maintain scalable UX design systems (component libraries, style guides, and reusable patterns)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver on time
• Apply structured naming conventions (e.g., Client-First or Relume) within Webflow projects

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in web design, with Webflow projects included in your portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems)
• Strong expertise in Webflow (CMS, animations, responsive design, and custom builds)
• Proven experience building and scaling design systems (component libraries, style guides, or brand systems)
• Solid design fundamentals: typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating digital marketing assets across different platforms and formats
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience with advanced Webflow animations
• Familiarity with CRO and A/B testing
• Experience working with performance-driven or conversion-focused websites

Portfolio Requirements
Your portfolio must include:

• Live production websites you have built (fully responsive across devices)
• Webflow read-only links showing the backend structure of your builds
• At least one example of a design system (Figma component library, style guide, or brand system)

Schedule
: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

Compensation
: Paid in USD
