Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Webflow Designer Apprentice. The apprentice will assist in designing, building, and optimizing websites using Webflow. Day-to-day tasks include creating responsive web pages, ensuring user-friendly designs, and collaborating with team members to implement client feedback. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining design consistency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web design tools, including Webflow, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Understanding of UX design principles and ability to create user-friendly interfaces
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts
• Strong attention to detail and visual design skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate in a remote environment
• An eagerness to learn and grow within the IT design field
• Experience in front-end development or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; current enrollment in or recent completion of a design or IT program is preferred
