We’re looking for a designer who can take a brief, turn it into a clear Figma website design, and work smoothly within a small WordPress agency. You’ll be designing full websites, refining page layouts, creating UI elements and building simple component libraries that our developers can use without any confusion.

What you’ll do

• Turn written briefs into usable wireframes and full designs
• Create clean, modern layouts in Figma
• Produce component-based designs that translate well into WordPress builds
• Work with our developer to refine designs where needed
• Keep an eye on usability and avoid pointless decoration

What you need

• Strong Figma skills
• Solid understanding of layout, spacing, typography and responsive design
• Experience designing for WordPress or similar CMS
• Ability to take feedback without sulking
• Reliable communication and good attention to detail

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UX fundamentals
• Ability to create simple graphics and iconography
• Basic understanding of how WordPress blocks or page builders work
• Agency experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
