We are seeking a Web & Digital Experience Designer to conceptualise and develop a dedicated multi-page website (or structured web section) for a new land development project under our brand. The objective is to create a professional, visually compelling, and conversion-focused digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and structure a multi-page project website aligned with brand guidelines
• Develop wireframes, UI layouts, and responsive designs
• Ensure seamless integration within the existing company website architecture
• Optimise user flow for enquiries and lead capture
• Coordinate with the copywriter and marketing stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven experience in website design (UI/UX)
• Strong portfolio of real estate or high-value projects
• Experience with Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
• Understanding of responsive design and conversion-focused layouts
• Ability to deliver clean, professional visual storytelling

Preferred:

• Experience working with property developers
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead funnels
