WordPress Web Designer & Developer

Full-time, Remote (must work North American time zone)

We are a fast-growing SEO and digital marketing agency specializing in supporting moving companies and home service businesses across the U.S. Our mission is to deliver high-performing WordPress websites, effective SEO strategies, and targeted marketing solutions that drive measurable growth.

We are looking for a talented WordPress Web Designer & Developer who can take a website from idea → concept → live launch. This is a client-facing role, so you must be able to communicate clearly in English while working with both our internal SEO team and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites using Oxygen Builder for moving & home service clients
• Build responsive, mobile-first websites that meet modern design & performance standards
• Integrate plugins, APIs, and CRMs (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.) to connect websites with client systems
• Collaborate with our SEO team to implement on-page & technical SEO best practices
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and update existing client websites
• Ensure websites meet speed, security, and accessibility benchmarks
• Join client discovery calls to gather requirements and present solutions
• Provide technical consultation and client support on web development best practices

Required Skills

• Proven experience with WordPress development & customization
• Experience with Oxygen Builder and other platforms (Elementor, WX, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design principles: visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, color theory, and user experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (PHP/MySQL a plus)
• Strong understanding of responsive design & mobile-first development
• Knowledge of SEO principles & technical implementation
• Experience with API integrations & CRM connections
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have)

• Experience with moving companies or home service websites
• Familiarity with local SEO best practices
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager setup experience
• Conversion Rate Optimization knowledge
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional web design & development experience, SEO experience a plus.
• Portfolio of live WordPress websites, ideally built with Oxygen
• Bachelor’s degree in web design, computer science, or equivalent experience

We’re seeking an individual who can start within 30 days and assist us in delivering high-impact websites that drive results for our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php175,000.00 per month
