Web Designer (Website Revamp)

Summary:
Revamp our existing website into a clean, modern, and user-friendly experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit current site and propose a concise improvement plan
• Redesign IA, navigation, and page layouts (mobile-first)
• Create high-fidelity mockups/prototypes in Figma
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and Core Web Vitals basics
• Prepare developer-ready handoff and support launch QA

Requirements

• 3+ years web/UX design with responsive sites
• Strong portfolio showing before/after outcomes
• Figma proficiency; basic HTML/CSS awareness
• Familiarity with SEO and accessibility fundamentals

Nice to have:
Webflow/WordPress experience, light motion/interaction design.
