Job Title: Web Designer (Specializing in Animation & Motion Graphics)

We are seeking a talented Web Designer with a strong background in animations and motion graphics to elevate our digital projects with creative and visually captivating content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Design: Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites with an emphasis on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience (UX/UI).
- Animation & Motion Graphics: Create engaging animations and motion graphics for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms using tools like After Effects.
- Interactive Elements: Incorporate interactive and dynamic animations to enhance the usability and appeal of web projects.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with developers to ensure smooth integration of animations and graphics into the final product.
- Visual Storytelling: Use motion graphics and animations to convey ideas and narratives in an impactful way.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency with the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines across all digital outputs.
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes of animated designs to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
- Graphic Design Support: Design web assets, banners, icons, and other graphics as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development best practices.
- Experience with mobile-first and responsive design.
- Solid grasp of UX/UI principles and web accessibility standards.
- Ability to design dynamic animations and transitions for interactive content.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with development teams.
- Keen attention to detail, creativity, and awareness of current design trends and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including working and communicating closely with other teams and departments.
- Ability to discuss and resolve issues quickly with other teams.
- Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize or deprioritize feature development based on the requirements.
