Job Description:

• We are a Singapore-based company seeking a detail-oriented Web Designer (SEO Tech-Focused) to join our fully remote team.

This role goes beyond design — you will be involved in building and optimising a network of websites for search performance, ranking, and organic traffic growth. You will work with SEO tools, analyse website data, and implement improvements across design, content, and technical SEO.

This is ideal for candidates who want to grow into a full-stack SEO role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and update websites that are responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-optimised
• Implement on-page SEO across all pages:

• Use tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider, and Google Analytics (GA4) to:

  • Audit websites and identify SEO issues
  • Analyse competitor websites and keywords
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and performance

• Execute technical SEO basics:

  • Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness
  • Fix crawl and indexing issues
  • Identify broken links, redirects, and duplicate content

• Support content SEO execution:

  • Format and optimise articles for ranking
  • Implement internal linking across content
  • Ensure pages align with search intent

• Upload, manage, and maintain content on CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

• Perform regular site checks to maintain technical health and SEO performance

• Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome, but must have a strong interest in SEO

• Good understanding of:

  • On-page SEO
  • Basic technical SEO (page speed, mobile, indexing)
  • Website structure and internal linking

• Familiarity with (must have):

  • Ahrefs (keyword & backlink basics)
  • Screaming Frog SEO Spider (basic audits)
  • Google Analytics (GA4)

• Proficiency in WordPress or similar CMS

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Must own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection
