What you’ll do

• Design and develop engaging websites and landing pages that align with brand standards and user experience best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences through effective wireframing and prototyping.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure optimal viewing across various devices.
• Utilize your skills in graphic design, typography, and visual design to create compelling layouts that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Maintain website functionality by performing regular updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring web accessibility standards are met.
• Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics 360, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in digital marketing, SEO, and web technologies to continuously innovate our online strategies.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in digital design and landing page creation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Angular.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) for creating high-quality graphics and layouts.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal for efficient website management.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles to optimize web content for search engines effectively.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects is a plus!
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data from web analytics tools for informed decision-making.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or SQL is advantageous.
