- You are proficient in Webflow, Web development, SEO (Search engine optimization), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, JavaScript, HTML, Google Analytics, Elementor Pro.
- You have +2 years experience in WordPress, Web design, Front-end development.
- Spanish - Fully fluent

In addition, we design and manufacture photo booths that we sell in markets across North America and Europe, with plans to expand into the Latin American market. Our focus is on creating unique, memorable experiences for our clients, both through event services and our innovative photo booths. We are seeking an Artistic Web Designer to support operational efficiency, administrative tasks, research, and personal assistance.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Web Developer with a blend of technical expertise, SEO knowledge, and an eye for design. This role requires a professional who can create visually appealing, functional, and SEO-optimized websites while collaborating effectively in English and Spanish.
Web Development Expertise
• Proficient in platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or custom-coded solutions (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development, with strong focus on iOS and Safari optimization — since 90% of our U.S. clients use iPhones.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity, Booqable, or similar e-commerce and booking platforms.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development approaches.
• Skilled in creating websites optimized for organic SEO.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
SEO Knowledge
• Expertise in maintaining and enhancing organic SEO during website updates or redesigns.
• Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Ability to conduct keyword research and integrate findings into website content.
Landing Page Optimization
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing landing pages with clear CTAs, forms, and user-friendly navigation.
• Experience using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize or Optimizely.
Mobile Optimization
• Deep understanding of mobile ad formats, iOS compatibility, and best practices for mobile-friendly websites.
• Proven experience ensuring seamless cross-device performance, particularly on iPhones and Safari browsers.
Communication Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless collaboration with clients and team members.
Artistic Background
• Demonstrated strong artistic inclination is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to create visually appealing designs that balance aesthetics with functionality.
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design principles for engaging user interfaces.
Eye for Design
• Capability to design visually captivating websites that prioritize user-friendliness.
• Creativity to conceptualize unique and impactful web designs tailored to target audiences.
Proven Experience
• A portfolio showcasing successful projects, including website redesigns and SEO maintenance.
Certifications
• SEO or digital marketing certifications from reputable platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Moz, Coursera) are a plus.
• Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: (40-44 hours per week)
Includes occasional weekend availability.
Rotating schedule and 10-hour shifts as needed.
Saturday: On call for urgent tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in digital tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, ChatGPT, and CRM software.
• A reliable PC with Word and Excel, headset, and a high-speed internet connection
• Smartphone with a data plan (iPhone is a huge plus).
• Must be registered with SAT and able to issue a CFDI. This will not always be required.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
•A bility to learn and adapt to different digital tools.
• Extreme attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Having a valid U.S. visa and passport is a plus and will be given preference.
