Best Marketing is on a mission: to grow from $600k to $6 Million in 12 months. This isn’t a "nice-to-have" goal; it’s our entire focus. To do this, we are building a team of the Best Digital Marketers on Earth.

This is a multi-disciplinary, 100% remote role. You will be on the front lines, turning marketing strategy into high-performance landing pages and ad graphics that drive action. This isn't about making things "pretty"—it's about commercial psychology.

A Note on Communication: We are seeking candidates based in Malaysia (ideally in/near Kuala Lumpur) for team synergy. However, exceptional, fluent command of both written and verbal English is a non-negotiable requirement. You will be communicating complex design ideas, strategies, and feedback daily with our English-speaking leadership and team.

Core Responsibilities

• Design for Action: Design and build high-converting landing pages and website mock-ups from scratch using WordPress, Elementor, and other builders.
• Create Compelling Ad Graphics: Develop ad graphics (for Facebook, Google, etc.) that stop the scroll, capture attention, and get the click.
• Translate Strategy: Assist in conceptualising, developing, and refining design solutions based on marketing briefs and conversion goals.
• Manage Web Assets: Upload and format content from our team, ensuring a sharp, consistent, and professional brand identity across all client web properties.
• Technical Execution: Write and edit basic HTML/CSS to fine-tune designs and solve technical challenges within various page builders.

Is This You? (Qualifications & Requirements)

We are looking for an "A-Player" who is obsessed with results.

• Exceptional English Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both written and verbal English. Your communication skills will be a primary factor in the hiring decision.
• Tool Fluency: 1+ years of hands-on experience. You are a master of Elementor, WordPress, and the Adobe Suite. Proficiency with other popular landing page builders (such as GoHighLevel) is also required.
• Web Fundamentals: Solid working knowledge of HTML & CSS. You can write and edit code to fine-tune designs and solve layout problems.
• Strong Design Sense: A strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for layout, typography, and color. You understand how to balance aesthetics with usability and brand consistency.
• Agency-Level Speed: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can produce high-quality work quickly without being micromanaged.
• Web Savvy: You are fluent in the Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Resourceful Problem-Solver: You don't wait for answers. You use all available resources (including AI and LLMs) to find a potential solution before asking for help.
• Coachable & Proactive: You actively seek feedback and use it to make your next project better than your last.
