LTBS specialise in content creation, SEO, PR amplification, and data-driven marketing strategies that help brands scale. We are expanding our creative team and seeking a talented Project-Based Web Designer to support upcoming client projects.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Designer with strong UX/UI sensibilities and the ability to translate brand guidelines into visually compelling, conversion-driven website designs. This is a project-based role suitable for freelancers or independent creatives. You must be able to collaborate remotely, work efficiently, and deliver polished designs that align with each client’s industry, tone, and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design clean, modern, responsive website layouts for various client brands
• Translate brand identity and content strategy into compelling UX/UI
• Create wireframes, mockups, and page-level design assets
• Work with internal content, SEO, and development teams during the build
• Ensure designs are functional, user-friendly, and conversion-optimised
• Deliver designs on agreed timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer (portfolio required)
• Strong skills in developing in Shopify
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Knowledge of eCommerce, landing page strategy, and brand-driven design
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SEO-friendly design principles
• Ability to create lightweight animations or micro-interactions
• Experience designing for Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix is a plus
