Role Description

We’re looking for a
Website Designer/Developer
to design and build a clean, strategic, and high-converting website. You’ll be responsible for everything from layout and navigation to user experience and brand alignment.

We want someone who can think beyond templates — someone who gets brand storytelling, design flow, and how to create a digital experience that feels intentional and premium.

Responsibilities
:

• Design and build a responsive, visually stunning website.
• Ensure fast load speeds, mobile optimization, and SEO best practices.
• Integrate forms, calls to action, and basic analytics tracking.
• Collaborate with our team to align copy, visuals, and messaging.
• Recommend best tools, platforms, and features for scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and building websites (please include links!).
• Proficient in WordPress, Webflow, or Framer (open to recommendations).
• Strong sense of UI/UX, layout, and responsive design.
• Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and modern web standards.
• Eye for detail and consistency in branding.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Compensation

Project-based or hourly rate based on experience and project scope.
