About The Role
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging, user-centered digital interfaces across multiple platforms, including websites, email campaigns, and social media channels. You will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing strategists to develop visual frameworks and responsive designs that enhance user experience and meet client objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where innovation is valued. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of our digital projects, ensuring they are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with user needs.
Qualifications
Proven experience designing digital assets such as websites, email templates, and social media graphicsStrong understanding of content-driven and user-centered design principlesKnowledge of responsive design and mobile-first approachesProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)Familiarity with the interplay between design and development, including basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred but not mandatory)Experience working with open-source CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or ExpressionEngine (preferred)Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or SquareSpace (preferred)Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectivelyCreative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Design and develop visual frameworks and responsive user interfaces for websites, email campaigns, and social media channelsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to communicate concepts effectivelyCollaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionallyParticipate in user research and testing to gather insights and improve design solutionsMaintain consistency across digital assets by adhering to brand guidelines and style standardsStay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UXAssist in the customization and management of content management systems and digital platformsWork closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
