As our lead Ecommerce Designer, you will:Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design conceptsDevelop visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling look and feelOptimize designs for various devices and screen sizes to provide a seamless mobile and desktop shopping experiencePlan and conduct usability testing sessions to identify usability issues and refine designs based on user feedbackGather feedback for iterative improvements, from users and team members. Welcome data-driven feedbackWork directly with the marketing team to develop marketing assets for our sales funnels
You bring to the role:4+ years experience as a designer, focused on web, within a brand or agency settingDemonstrated success as a Designer in an e-commerce or consumer-facing web environment; web, email, and/or print is a bonusProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch. Figma is a must.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practicesExperience with responsive and mobile-first designAttention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects. Portfolio ideally includes landing pages, PDPs, and infographicsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a US-time zone traditional business hoursExperience with Shopify a plusKnowledge of Analytical tools a plusPast work experience and familiarity with nutritional supplements are highly valued
