What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, engaging user interfaces for web and mobile.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that align with business goals.
• Conduct user research and testing to improve usability and performance.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and clients to deliver polished, functional designs.
• Present design concepts and articulate design rationale clearly.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience (agency background a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UI design and UX process.
• Proficiency in  Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (remote experience preferred).
• Familiarity with  real estate  or  medical  design projects is a bonus.
• Basic understanding of front-end collaboration (HTML/CSS is a plus).
