We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Web Designer
to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites that deliver great user experiences and align with brand goals.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design responsive websites and landing pages for web and mobile
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity design prototypes
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and conversion-focused
• Collaborate with developers to bring designs to life
• Maintain and improve existing website layouts and UI elements
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all web assets
• Optimize designs for performance, usability, and accessibility
• Stay up to date with web design trends and best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in web design or related roles
• Strong portfolio of website and landing page designs
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and responsive design
• Familiarity with UX principles and user-centered design
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or startup environments
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS tools
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (JavaScript helpful)
• Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Experience working with design systems
• Motion or interaction design skills
