We’re looking for a
serious
graphic designer who loves the craft and cares about the details. If you enjoy creating sharp, on brand visuals for social, campaigns and web and you’re passionate about football, this will suit you.
This is a
voluntary role
. We’re building something proper and we only want applicants who take pride in their work.
What you will do:
- Design graphics and marketing materials for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website and promos
- Create simple motion/animated assets when needed (reels, shorts, story frames)
- Work from clear briefs and brand guidelines; supply tidy, layered files
- Proof your own work and spot mistakes before anything goes live
- Meet agreed deadlines and turn work around reliably (often within 24–48 hours )
What we are looking for:
- UK-based and comfortable working remotely with our team
- A few years of real design experience (freelance, in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio across social templates, campaigns, and brand-led layouts
- Confident with Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign). Canva is fine for speed, but we expect proper file craft when needed
- Attention to detail (spelling, spacing, alignment, consistency)
- Great time keeping and clear communication
- Genuine passion for football/sport and how to present it well
What we don't want:
- Rushed concepts thrown together in 30 seconds
- Work that hasn’t been proof-checked
- Random styles that ignore the brief or brand
