Since 2016, we have built collaborative programs designed by and for the women we work with, ensuring their voices lead the way. Our approach is rooted in dismantling traditional aid models that perpetuate dependency. Instead, we offer skills training, alongside financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and mental health support. By prioritising self-sufficiency and fair trade, we support women to build futures on their own terms, as it should be.
You’ll help bring our Instagram and LinkedIn channels to life through creative, engaging visual content — from eye-catching graphics and custom icons to infographics and reels. Working closely with our Social Media Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our platforms visually inspiring, consistent, and aligned with our mission.
Who we’re looking for:
- Able to dedicate around 5 hours per week to the project;
- Creative, proactive, and excited about working in a mission-driven environment;
- Thinks outside the box and can work independently;
- Mid-level experience in graphic design;
- Experienced in video editing — especially for reels and short-form content;
- Passionate about social change, sustainability, and women’s empowerment.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Some experience with illustration;
- A good eye for social-first design trends (especially on Instagram and LinkedIn).
