Visual Designer (Remote)

The Junior Visual Designer is responsible for crafting visually compelling and innovative designs that enhance

the brand’s identity while supporting marketing, automotive sales, and creative initiatives. This role involves

developing a variety of visual materials, including digital assets, print collateral, and branding elements,

ensuring all designs align with the brand’s contemporary and modern aesthetic.


Visual Design and Development:

· Create high-quality designs for diverse platforms, including digital, social media, print, and showroom

displays.

· Develop promotional materials such as banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, email campaigns, and

more.

· Design visual assets for the brand’s website, social media channels, and listing platforms.

Brand Identity and Consistency:

· Ensure all design work aligns with the brand’s visual identity and aesthetic guidelines.

· Maintain consistent branding across all materials, including packaging, digital media, and advertising.

· Collaborate on the evolution of the brand’s visual style and contribute to shaping the overall creative

direction.

Creative Collaboration:

· Work closely with the Branding and Design Manager and cross-functional teams to develop innovative visual

solutions.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, product launches,

and brand initiatives.

· Transform conceptual ideas into engaging and effective visual designs.

Project Management:

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

· Coordinate with internal teams for feedback, revisions, and approvals.

· Maintain organised project files and design documentation.

Trend Awareness and Research:

· Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.

· Conduct competitor and market research to inform design decisions.

· Experiment with new tools and techniques (artificial intelligence) to enhance creative output.

Collaboration and Communication:

· Partner with marketing, car sales, and product teams to ensure design work aligns with business goals.

· Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

· Communicate design rationale and ensure clarity throughout the design process.


Quality Assurance:

· Review and proofread designs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

· Ensure high-quality outputs across all formats and platforms, including resolution and colour accuracy.

· Address design-related issues or adjustments during production.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communications or a related field.

· 1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in automotive or retail industries.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print mediums.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva).

· Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.

· Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.


It would be great if you have:

· Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

· Knowledge of UX/UI principles and web design best practices.

· Familiarity with listing platforms and digital marketing strategies.
