About the role

We’re looking for a Visual Designer with strong taste and solid craft. You will shape brand visuals and turn them into clear, consistent social content. Think typography, layout, colour, and simple motion that feel intentional, not gimmicky.

What you’ll do

  • Design brand assets and social systems: carousels, story sets, ads, cover frames, post templates
  • Translate brand guidelines into scalable content kits for multiple platforms
  • Create light motion for short-form pieces (reels covers, simple animations)
  • Build moodboards and quick references for content days
  • Keep files organized and handoff-ready

Must-haves

  • Strong eye for typography, spacing, rhythm, and hierarchy
  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic motion skills in After Effects or CapCut
  • Understanding of IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn formats and specs
  • Bilingual: fluent Persian (Farsi) and working English
  • Reliable pace, clean files, and comfort working from a weekly content plan

Portfolio requirements

Share 6–10 pieces across at least 2–3 brands, including:

  • One social carousel system (show slides and logic)
  • One short motion sample
  • Any before/after or process is a plus

Details

  • Location: Iran only. Fully remote.
  • Type: Contract to start, with option to convert to full-time if it’s a fit.
