Visual Designer
to elevate our visual communications across channels and markets, bringing the brand to life through thoughtful, high-quality design.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is an expert in crafting compelling visual assets across digital, social, animation, and print formats, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in shaping how daters experience the CMB brand across regions, campaigns, and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visual assets for a wide range of channels—including digital, animation, social, and print —to support brand initiatives, product launches, GTM campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Ensure all visuals are consistent with brand identity, speak to the right audience, and meet design and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an in-house and/or agency role as Senior Brand or Visual Designer, working for global or regional brands and/or clients.
• Experience as a design generalist and providing creative direction & support across different creative fields such as branding, social media design, event design, motion design, etc.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines & fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about bringing brand and tone of voice to life through quality visual storytelling and design.
• Strong ability to create diverse visual content, including illustrations, graphic design, and motion/animated assets.
• Proficient in essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your strategic, conceptual, and design skills through visually-compelling work.
• Mastery of design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)
