Hekima achieves this through community accountable where children and young youth demand their rights; strengthening child protection and participation systems and structures 🇹🇿

Role (Volunteer, unpaid):
Visual Communications & Graphic Designer

Role Description:
The Visual Communications & Graphic Designer develops and adjusts strategic plans into simple, easy-to-read digital and print documents. They produce downloadable-ready files, craft clear infographics, and convey the organization’s mission effectively, creating professional materials that can be quickly shared with donors and stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Information Design & Visualisation: Develop and execute high-quality infographics, charts, and diagrams that simplify complex strategic plans and performance data for easy stakeholder and donor comprehension.
• Document Production: Design and format key organizational documents (e.g., strategic plans, reports, presentations) into polished, professional digital and print layouts.
• Brand & Messaging Alignment: Ensure all visual materials effectively convey the organization's mission, impact, and brand identity, maintaining a consistent and professional aesthetic.
• Asset Management: Prepare and manage production-ready design files, ensuring they are optimized for quick sharing, distribution, and download (e.g., accessible PDFs, web-ready graphics).
• Stakeholder Communication: Create compelling visual materials specifically tailored for high-level donors, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resource mobilisation.

Time Commitment:
Volunteer 7-9 hours per week for 3-4 weeks remotely 💻
