Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Signage Designer. The designer will be responsible for creating and designing various types of signage, collaborating with project managers to understand the clients needs, and ensuring that the final product aligns with their branding and visibility objectives. Additionally, the designer will need to be available for a 4-hour overlap with EST time for meetings and team collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Design and prepare production-ready files for CNC routers, lasers, and large-format printers
• Develop and revise shop drawings, installation layouts, and fabrication files
• Collaborate with project managers and fabrication teams to ensure design accuracy and efficiency
• Create visually engaging mock-ups and client proofs
• Maintain organized file structures and ensure consistency with company standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience in signage design (architectural, wayfinding, or environmental graphics preferred)
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD (or similar CAD programs)
• Strong understanding of materials, mounting methods, and production processes
• Ability to prepare accurate cut paths, print layouts, and layered production files
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate:  $8–$10 USD per hour, based on experience
• Holidays:  All official  Moroccan public holidays  observed
• Time Off:   3 weeks of scheduled company shutdown  per year
• Work Arrangement:  Fully remote, flexible schedule within project requirements

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CNC routing software or laser cutting workflows
• Previous experience working with a signage manufacturer or fabricator
