Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly
detail-oriented Presentation Designer (VA)
to be the master builder behind our executive-level decks in
Figma
.

This role is crucial for converting complex, text-heavy, and financial information into clear, visually consistent slides that adhere strictly to brand guidelines and executive standards. You will primarily
build and refine stakeholder-ready presentations
.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and refine presentation decks in Figma from provided content, data tables, and brand assets.
• Enforce consistency across slides (layout, spacing, typography, color, hierarchy, grids).
• Translate dense text and financial information into clean, easy-to-read visual narratives (tables, charts, callouts).
• Maintain file hygiene: components/variants, styles, pages, naming conventions, and versioning.
• Prepare chart/graph visuals suitable for investor and leadership audiences using Figma (and exported assets as needed).
• Apply rigorous QA: alignment, spacing, typographic scale, color contrast, numbering, and data accuracy before submission.
• Work independently, hit tight deadlines, and communicate progress/risks early and clearly.
• Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders for feedback; implement revisions quickly and accurately.
• Export final deliverables (PDF/PNG) to spec and organize assets in approved client folders.
• Protect confidentiality and IP; follow client brand and data-handling policies at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Expert Figma proficiency: Auto Layout, Components/Variants, Styles, library usage, and clean file organization.
• Strong command of layout, typography, spacing, rhythm, and information hierarchy for presentations.
• Comfortable handling numbers and finance-style content; able to visualize tables and simple charts clearly.
• Fast, precise execution with minimal supervision; consistent on-time delivery.
• Professional communication (written and verbal) and reliable stakeholder management.
• Portfolio that includes presentation or pitch deck work ( Figma links strongly preferred )
