Video & Graphic Designer (Co-Founder Role)

Are you a creative visionary who can turn ideas into visuals that people feel?

Do you speak the language of design, motion, and storytelling — and want to shape the identity of a new Gen Z marketplace?

Swapop, an AI-powered platform where Gen Z swaps, buys, and trades items, is looking for a Video & Graphic Designer Co-Founder to own and build our entire digital brand from the ground up.

In this role, you won’t just “make content.”

You’ll define how Swapop looks, moves, and shows up online.

You’ll create scroll-stopping visuals, short-form videos, animations, and aesthetic branding that turn an early-stage product into a culture-driven brand.

This is an equity-based co-founder opportunity, with potential to transition into a paid creative leadership role post-funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Swapop’s full digital visual identity — colors, style, tone, motion language, and brand systems.

• Produce short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for social media and paid campaigns.

• Design high-quality visuals: social posts, ads, UI mockups, banners, landing pages, and creative assets.

• Collaborate directly with the Founder and marketing team to shape product storytelling and creative strategy.

• Build a content pipeline that is consistent, aesthetic, and on-brand.

• Experiment with creative concepts, challenges, trends, and storytelling formats that appeal to Gen Z.

• Help build and later lead a small team of design/video interns and creative contributors.

• Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints — social, app, website, campaigns, and brand materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, or creative direction.

• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, short-form video content, and digital visuals.

• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Figma, or similar.

• Ability to translate startup ideas into bold, clean, modern visuals.

• Creative thinker with a Gen Z-first mindset — understands trends, aesthetics, and attention dynamics.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Able to commit 10–15 hours per week during early MVP phase.
