🚀 The Mission

We are looking for a
Video Editor & AI Motion Designer
who doesn't just "edit" but
creates
. You will lead the audiovisual front, blending high-end storytelling with generative AI to produce:

• Founder-Led Content: High-retention videos for LinkedIn to scale our brand authority.
• Product Vision: Sleek demos of our IAgents and dashboards.
• Cinematic AI: Futuristic, high-tech visuals that look like they’re from 2030.
• Performance Creative: Ads that stop the scroll through pure visual excellence.

🎯 What You’ll Do
🎬 Cinematic Storytelling & Editing

• Craft videos with a modern, fast-paced rhythm and a global aesthetic.
• Master short-form storytelling (LinkedIn, Reels, YouTube) with a focus on tech and impact.
• Own the narrative from raw footage/prompts to the final render.

🌀 High-End Motion Design

• Animate complex UI/UX interfaces , dashboards, and AI agent workflows.
• Create premium logo animations, transitions, and animated infographics.
• Ensure every frame aligns with our "High-Tech/Premium" brand identity.

🤖 AI Video Generation (The Core)

• Build a generative pipeline using tools like Runway, Pika, Luma, and Sora (as available) .
• Generate high-fidelity assets using Midjourney, Leonardo.ai, or Stable Diffusion .
• Master AI voice synthesis (ElevenLabs/Cartesia) to create seamless narrations.
• World-building: Create futuristic environments and high-tech visuals from scratch using AI.

🧠 Who You Are

• Expert in the Craft: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere/Final Cut and After Effects .
• AI Native: You don't just know these tools; you experiment with them daily. You understand prompt engineering for video/image.
• Visual Sophistication: A portfolio that screams "Future." We want to see sleek UI motion and cinematic AI work.
• Creator Mindset: You propose ideas and visual directions; you don’t wait for a storyboard for every frame.
• Global Standard: Intermediate to Advanced English is required (you will report to a SF-based team).

• Operational-only editors: If you just "cut and paste," this isn't for you.
• Template-dependent designers: We need original, bespoke motion work.
• Micro-management junkies: You must be autonomous and own your deadlines.

💰 Contract & Compensation

• Model: Monthly PJ (Contractor).
