Skills & Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) with native-level proficiency in both languages
• 3-5 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or digital copywriting
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered content across digital products (web, mobile, conversational interfaces)
• Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and information architecture
• Experience writing microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and transactional content
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and contexts
