Job Title: UX/UI Designer (Web & Platform Rebranding Focus)

Budget: Upto 80K per Month depending on experience

Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic UX/UI Designer to lead the design and rebranding experience for a modern digital platform. This role will play a key part in shaping the first visible expression of the platforms direction, ensuring a seamless, conversion-driven, and user-centric experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with deep UX thinking, particularly in building modern web/app interfaces and optimizing user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Design

• Define intuitive, user-centered design solutions for web and application experiences
• Translate business goals into engaging and effective user journeys
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct usability analysis and iterate designs based on feedback

UI Design & Branding

• Lead platform rebranding / visual refresh initiatives
• Develop modern, clean, and consistent UI systems (design systems, style guides)
• Ensure strong visual storytelling aligned with brand identity
• Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints

Conversion-Focused Design

• Design experiences that improve user engagement and conversion rates
• Optimize key workflows (onboarding, navigation, transactions, etc.)
• Apply best practices in interaction design and accessibility

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to business teams
• Participate in feedback sessions and refine designs collaboratively
• Engage directly with client teams to validate design direction and fit

Required Skills & Experience

• 36+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and/or mobile applications

• Strong portfolio showcasing:

• Modern web/app design projects

• Conversion-oriented user journeys

• Rebranding or design refresh initiatives

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)

• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

Nice to Have

• Experience in Healthcare or service-based workflows
• Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic Angular understanding)
• Experience working in agile or lean product environments
