Role Overview

As a UX/UI Designer at Mediatropy, you’ll play a key role in shaping seamless, human-centered digital experiences for our clients. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and creative teams to design intuitive interfaces that are both visually stunning and highly functional. From user research and wireframes to final high-fidelity prototypes, your designs will help bring brands to life across digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including strategy, content, and development—to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual mockups that communicate design intent clearly.
• Ensure consistency with brand identity and design systems across all platforms.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually elevate our work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects across web and mobile.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Experience collaborating with developers and creative teams to execute design solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for creating intuitive and delightful digital experiences.
