Design user interfaces for complex business applications AND convert them into working front-end code. We need someone who can design in modern tools and then build what they design using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

This is a hybrid role: 60% design, 40% front-end development.

Why this matters: With AI tools (Figma AI, v0.dev, Cursor, GitHub Copilot), designers who can code are now incredibly valuable. You'll design interfaces and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate front-end implementation.

Focus: Admin panels, dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, responsive web applications.

What You'll Do

Design Work (60%):

• Design user interfaces for web applications
• Create wireframes and prototypes
• Build design systems and component libraries
• Ensure responsive design across devices
• Collaborate with back-end developers

Front-End Development (40%):

• Convert designs to clean HTML/CSS/JavaScript code
• Use AI tools to accelerate coding (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev)
• Build reusable UI components
• Implement responsive layouts
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Integrate with back-end APIs (basic level)
• Optimize for performance and browser compatibility

What We Need

Design Skills:

• 3-5 years professional UI/UX design
• Portfolio showing web application projects (not just websites)
• Experience designing admin panels, dashboards, or management systems
• Strong attention to detail (pixel-perfect work)

Front-End Development Skills:

• HTML5 & CSS3 (required) — semantic markup, flexbox, grid, animations
• JavaScript (required) — vanilla JS, DOM manipulation, event handling
• Responsive design (required) — mobile-first approach
• Experience with at least one framework: React, Vue, or Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of design-to-code workflow
• Comfortable using browser DevTools

AI Tools Experience (Big Plus):

• Figma AI features (auto-layout, plugins, dev mode)
• AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium)
• Design-to-code tools (v0.dev, Figma to Code, Builder.io)
• ChatGPT for code generation and debugging
