Dependopolis Consulting Limited is seeking a full-time, remote, experienced 
UI/UX Designer
 to join our team. The 
UI/UX Designer
 will deliver high-quality user interfaces and experiences, extending and refining existing UI kits and core pages into development-ready designs.

Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design (Primary):  Create user-friendly web pages and product interfaces in  Figma  (auto-layout, components/variants, variables/tokens, prototypes).
• Design Systems & Handoff:  Build and maintain components and styles, ensuring a clean file structure, thorough documentation, and developer-ready specifications.
• States & Responsiveness:  Define flows, edge cases, error/empty/loading states, as well as responsive breakpoints.
• Collaboration & Communication:  Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies, presenting design concepts and incorporating feedback.
• Project Management:  Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and stay current on UI/UX best practices and trends.
• Nice to have – Graphic Design & Adobe:  Create marketing visuals, icons, simple motion graphics, and social assets when needed using  Adobe  tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years  of experience focused on  UI/UX for web or digital products .
• Figma proficiency : components/variants, auto-layout, variables/tokens, prototyping, Dev Mode.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (flows, components, responsive layouts, and polished handoffs).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred

• Graphic design/branding experience.
• Adobe : Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (for light motion/visual tasks).
