The Role
We are looking for a talented and strategic
UX/UI Designer
to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our data-driven SaaS products and digital tools. Working closely with our engineering and leadership teams—including our CTO and co-founders—you will translate complex datasets, predictive models, and analytics dashboards into clean, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces for our users in the home service sector.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Design: Lead the design lifecycle from initial concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final UI delivery.
- Simplify the Complex: Transform rich data streams, forecasting models, and AI-driven insights into easy-to-digest visual dashboards and user-friendly web applications.
- User-Centric Problem Solving: Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand the needs of home service business owners, recruiters, and operators.
- Collaborate: Partner directly with software engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with our business objectives.
- Design Systems: Help build, maintain, and scale G2S’s design system to ensure brand consistency across our suite of applications (including partner platforms like NurtureMe.ai and ABR).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or data-analytics environments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing digital products (dashboards and data visualization experience is a huge plus).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strategic Thinker: An analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback.
