Job Summary

This role exists to bring visual clarity and consistency to the creation and shape unique user-centric products and experiences. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for all design elements of exciting and new platforms and enhancing applications that guide unique, data-driven decisions. Their mission is to merge art with functionality to improve customer experience and marketing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual assets (campaigns, social media, digital point-of-purchase materials) that strengthen brand equity and resonate emotionally with the consumer.
• Create and optimize website and landing page designs, ensuring intuitive navigation that reduces bounce rate.
• Design visual elements (CTAs, banners, page structures) based on principles of visual hierarchy and color psychology to guide user action.
• Ensure visual consistency between the offline world (packaging, sales materials) and the digital ecosystem (eCommerce, apps).
• Effectively translate concepts, ideas, and visions into user flows, key leadership, and business messages into powerful graphic narratives.
• Iterate through wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and produce detailed UI design specifications.
• Engage in ongoing activities that enable us to learn, practice, and evolve design to integrate it into a more agile and efficient process.
• Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.
• Compelling portfolio of design projects that demonstrates clean designs and a strong process.
• Demonstrated experience working in UX, Visual Design, or IA within multi-disciplinary teams (both technology and design).
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, etc.
• Ability to work in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous conditions requiring rapid transitions between collaborative and individual work.
• Strong problem-solving and analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with remote project teams.
