UX/UI Designer

Experience:
6–8 years

Certifications (Mandatory):

• UX Certification (NN/g or Google UX Design Certificate)
• UI / Visual Design Certification (Adobe / Google)
• Accessibility Certification (IAAP / CPACC)

Role Summary

The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences aligned with user needs and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Ensure accessibility-first design (WCAG compliance)
• Collaborate with product managers and developers
• Maintain and evolve design systems
• Translate business requirements into user-centric designs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–8 years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
