UX/UI Designer
Experience:
6–8 years
Certifications (Mandatory):
- UX Certification (NN/g or Google UX Design Certificate)
- UI / Visual Design Certification (Adobe / Google)
- Accessibility Certification (IAAP / CPACC)
Role Summary
The UX/UI Designer will create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences aligned with user needs and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Ensure accessibility-first design (WCAG compliance)
- Collaborate with product managers and developers
- Maintain and evolve design systems
- Translate business requirements into user-centric designs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and UI craft
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
