Job Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Lead UX design efforts for healthcare-related digital productsConduct user research with patients, providers, and stakeholders to inform design decisions.Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.Design intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces that comply with HIPAA and accessibility (WCAG) standards.Map user journeys, create personas, and document interaction flows to align stakeholders on user needs.Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a seamless design-to-development handoff.Use usability testing and A/B testing to validate design assumptions and continuously iterate.Stay informed about industry trends, clinical workflows, and evolving patient expectations.

Required Qualifications:

9+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 1 years in the healthcare industryStrong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI work, particularly on healthcare or health-adjacent products.Solid understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA), patient privacy, and data security best practices.Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1).Excellent communication and collaboration skills
