UX Designer - Outside IR-35 - Remote

I’m currently supporting a digital product consultancy looking for 2 strong
User Experience Designer's
to join their cross-disciplinary squads.

This role is about turning complexity into clarity - translating strategy and research into intuitive user journeys, scalable design systems, and polished high-fidelity UI.

They’re looking for someone who:

• Thinks end-to-end (flows → journeys → UI)

• Is strong in modern
Figma
(components, auto-layout, variables)

• Understands accessibility (WCAG)

• Collaborates closely with Product & Engineering

• Cares deeply about craft and execution

You’ll help shape user experiences that are both commercially smart and genuinely usable - not just visually appealing.
