Role Description

This is a remote, part-time contract role for a UX Designer. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with the organization’s mission. Daily tasks include conducting user research, developing user personas, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions. The role also involves usability testing, analyzing user feedback, and ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all designs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in UX Design
  • Strong capabilities in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Familiarity with Visual Design principles and Front-End Design concepts
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
  • Prior experience working with non-profits or faith-based organizations is a plus
  • Understanding of the cultural values and traditions within the Jewish community is highly beneficial
