- Strong interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful UX
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), analytics, or user research
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
- Collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
