About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced UX Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in user-centered design principles, with the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive and impactful user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design processes from concept to final delivery
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts, strategies, and rationale clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related fields
• Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and wireframing
• Proficiency in Figma (must-have)
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development cycles
• Exposure to emerging AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Strong communication and presentation skills
