Are you a visionary Senior UX/UI Designer with a passion for transforming digital experiences? Codal is seeking a creative powerhouse to own and elevate the user experience of their marketing website and digital properties, driving conversions and brand storytelling through exceptional design and data-driven insights.

The Role

• Own the end-to-end experience, information architecture, and conversion optimization of Codal.com.

• Design and implement continuous improvements based on analytics, user behavior, and business objectives.

• Establish and maintain scalable design systems across all digital properties.

• Create and optimize responsive, high-performance layouts for diverse marketing initiatives, leveraging A/B testing and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and executive leadership to ensure seamless implementation and strategic alignment.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of high-traffic B2B or enterprise websites.

• A compelling portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and measurable business outcomes achieved through design.

• Proven experience in designing for technical audiences and complex decision-making processes within B2B/enterprise contexts.

• Expertise in conversion optimization, design systems, and creating scalable component libraries.

• Deep understanding of web fundamentals, including responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
